The city of Bordeaux rests gracefully on the banks of the river Garonne in Aquitaine. There is also new modern tramway making cars for most journeys unnecessary. The city now bustles with bars, boutiques, cafes and a vibrant nightlife. People can be seen chatting on their mobiles and listening to their ipods - it has become a young and modern city. As a result, private investment has flowed likewise, making the market for Bordeaux property, healthy and attractive.
